The primary purpose of this Website is to provide an Extranet facility to enable our Customers to have ready access to documents that directly impact on their occupation of the buildings. Tenant Handbooks, Service Charge information etc will be included as the Website is developed over time. General information such as our Environmental Policy and the Regent Street Design Guidelines (which is our Retail Fitting out Guide) are also available.

Contractors

We use a small number of chosen maintenance contractors. The primary contractors are Emcor who are responsible for Mechanical & Electrical maintenance and Fire Alarm maintenance, Property Support Services (PSS) who are responsible for cleaning services and Capital Maintenance are our jobbing builders. These four are in a position to respond quickly to problems.
